This place is now called the River Hill club. The luxury title is what annoys me. The view is great the staff is very nice, but the apartments are not luxury living. Only half of the outlets in my unit work. Plus the walk to and from the trian does not feel safe. There is contruction all over the place. The heat is unbearable in the winter. My worst complaint is the water. I can't count the number of times I have had a cold shower before a long day at the office. The water is often brown, and when I wash my hair hasn't been clean in over a year. Plus no matter how clean you try to be the drains clog weekly. I am giving up my gorgeous view for a nice shower.

I lived there too. These apartments are pretty much worthless. Yes the view is great, but that is it. The sponsor who converted this building to condo, uses substandard construction. Also the area is not safe. Noise from the Metro North is horrible.

The apartments are definitely over priced. You can find a better deal if you shop around.

I've been renting for 3 years. Not buying because these units are too overpriced. Construction is finished so no more dust. Heat was fine last winter, no complaints. Still get brown water sometimes. Noise from train is quite annoying.
