Will scam you out of your deposit. After living in Hudson park in a rather dirty apartment for 2 months we left, only to find we'd been charged $1,500 for a new carpet to replace the old one.
Do not rent from these people. The place is dirty, noisy and cheap, you will never see

Management is unresponsive and prejudice When I moved in three years ago the building was cleaned regularly. As years past it went downhill. Not a luxury building. Filthy! Dog hair caked on door mats. Management gives you a hard time if you ask them to clean. It is also not a safe building
