Loved It! - I only lived at the Seville for a little over a year, but I absolutely loved it. Do not move here. - My ceiling has leaked. Drains just stop working. The tenants are rude and inconsiderate. Some just moved in and tied up both elevators this morning. They shoot fireworks from the build and from the street in front of the building several times a year and sometime after 10:00.
