THIS IS MY SECOND APARTMENT AND FROM DAY ONE I HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. THE STRUCTURE OF THE FLOORING IS TERRIBLE SO I HEAR EVERY NOISE UPSTAIRS (EVERY MOVEMENT, CONVERSATION ETC). THE PLACE WAS DIRTY WHEN WE MOVED IN AND WHEN SOMETHING GOES WRONG MAINTENANCE IS SLOW AT RESPONDING. THE CARPET IS STAINED THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE APARTMENT AND THE INSULATION IS VERY TERRIBLE. ELECTRIC DURING THE WINTER AND SUMMER MONTHS ARE VERY HIGH AND THE USAGE OF HEAT WAS SET AT 65-67 DEGREES. THE AVERAGE MENTIONED FOR ELECTRIC AT MOVE-IN DATE IS NOT ACCURATE.
