I lived there for 2 years and thought it was a great xperience. A little enpensive but worth it. You have a waher and dryer in your apartment and get a free memeebrship to the YMCA. Also a great location, right down town and close to all the bars and Canal Park stadium (great view of fireworks night in the summer and on the 4th of July). The matainance staff was cooperative and did a great job if there ever was a problem. Management was very cooperative and profesional at all times. For as aold as the building is the apartment have new appliances, carpet, ect. I have no complaints about living here except I wish it were cheaper. Alos we got all of our security deposit back, down to the last penny.
