I always wanted to live downtown. The building is art deco, and well maintained. If you exercise, the YMCA on site has good equipment. The manager, Tom Collins, is quite personable and helpful, as are the staff. Windows are single pane, so some heat loss. No balconies to speak of, except the two upper floors.:) Motors on various roofs (towards the stadium) seem to be always running if you are sensitive to mild noise. Walk to the main library, and the Art Museum, which is suprisingly connected in the art world!
