My husband and I (20-something professionals) lived here for the past 2 years and only moved due to a job transfer out of the area. It was hard to find a place as nice! It's in a beautiful part of Akron that is for the most part very quiet and peaceful. The landscaping was impeccable. Maintenance requests were always handled promptly and the leasing office staff knew us personally and were always ready to help us with any problems we had. We used both the pools often and the fitness room. They had great family-friendly socials and parties, and the apartments themselves were roomy and very clean when we moved in. The only possible negative is that more and more college kids are moving in and they are not the best neighbors. But unlike other places we have lived, when we wrote letters we got results, and when we called security they actually came by and told the partiers to quiet down, so they handle that problem well.
