Maintenance Sucks!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
How many times can I call these guys to get my furnace fixed' They've been here 3 times already to "adjust" it. Meanwhile my electric bill is through the roof because my furnace won't stop running. Now they're blowing me off completely. I do not recommend this place at all, its one big headache!!
