We lived at Cedarwood for a year. We had a great experience. Its pretty safe, its in the valley, just a walk away from the bars. It has access to many trails in the valley. Beautiful location. The price in great as well
The few negatives, Friday and Saturday nites you will hear some noise from the parking lot when college kids return home at 2 AM. Parking is a little off from all of the "visitors" to the valley bars at that time.
Also, as stated earlier, gym has very restricted hours, which is a pain if you have a real job.

All in all, we were very happy with the experience. The apartment was great, and quiet, but watch those natural gas prices. The staff was friendly and had a few monthly mixers. When we had situations arise, the staff was attentive and helpful. Know there are discounts if you work for major area employers..ie Health care and tires.
