I'm going to be as fair as possible here. The good things about Cedarwood is that it's not too epensive and I have some nice neighbors. Here come the bad! In my first month, I got an eviction notice because the geniuses in the office lost my check. They didn't believe that I paid them until I brought over a copy of the check from my bank. Finally they found it, but no apologies or anything. They are never in the office and you often have to wait 5-10 minutes if you need to talk to them about anything. They leave you completely alone when you go to the mail room to pick up a package, so I'm always afraid people will steal my packages. Someone broke into our apartment complex, shattering the window next to the door. This happened in the middle of the night. I phoned it in at 8am, and again at 1pm asking why no one had come to clean up all the broken glass yet. I let the woman know that there are children and dogs that need to go through the area and it's completely not safe and she was very rude to me. They finally cleaned it up at 3pm, 12 hours after it happened. This was in the middle of winter, and it took them weeks to replace the window, so I have a HUGE electric bill for that month. It gets loud at night and there are often beer bottles littering the property. There was a leak in our ceiling. I called it in, and they said it was nothing and that it happens pretty often. I called back twice before they would finally come look at it, only to realize that the water heater in the apartment above mine had burst. Seriously, do not live here.
