I feel that they are extorting me.

I have never lived in Akron and have not done any business with Cedarwood Village Apartments - ever. But every month for years they have reported to the Akron Credit Bureau that I owe them well over $4000 for rent from some time in the past. I have had this investigated and removed from my credit reports several times, but they insist on refiling it. I have spoken with them, made police reports for identity theft, and repeatedly asked them to produce any contract between me and them. They will not budge. My credit is badly damaged and this is the ONLY blotch on the report. I pay higher interest on loans and car insurance because of this. They seem to want me to pay them off even though I owe them nothing and they are willing to hurt me badly in order to steal this money from me.
I could not imagine recommending that anyone do business with these dishonest people.
In order to post this I will certify that I am a current tenant but what I mean is that MY IDENTITY is a tenant of their files and I am currently being exorted by them.

What? I thought you said you have never lived in Akron. Then you say you are currently a tenant. WHAT you're a liar and a loser
