The apartments are very old. I live in the "new" building and it is over 30 years old. The maintenence is terribly slow and never call you back. The kids from the bars nearby take some of the parking. The pools are full of people who don't live their and bring whole families of kids and run around and soak everything. The staff is very rude (especially the old lady who answers the phone). The workout room is all old equipment. The pool table has no sticks or balls. The stairways look like an old hotel. The bushes outside are over grown so bad that I can't see the great "view" I paid extra for. This place is not worth the money.
