The best thing is these apartments are in a great area. Maintenance isn't the greatest, a lot of small things were wrong when I moved in-but they are fast, when you call for a repair they are usually out that day. One day they left my sliding door unlocked all day when they came to repair the lock on it & I live on a 1st floor-didn't leave me happy. I had a LOT of spiders & maintenance refused to do anything about it. I mean HUGE spiders all over. The management isn't good either. There's one person there I've talked to that has been even half-way nice to me. The rest are all just rude since day one. They charged me a fee 4 months ago by mistake & continue harrassing me about it every month telling me I'm past due & each month I have to explain the situation & they say they'll "take care of it." When you pick up packages that get dropped off at the leasing office for you-they leave you alone in the room with everyone's packages! So anyone could go back & grab any packages they want! Overall it's a good place if you don't have a need to deal w/ the management or any maintenance issues. They also way over charge for the laundry-$1.50 for a washer load & $1.25 for a dryer load & no option to have a w/d in your apt - yeah they're making the big bucks off you!!
