i know this place is only 450.00 a month..but it is a real dump...its old with roaches...really really old carpet...the apts are a good size but thats all i can say thats good about it....it has gone down hill..they used to have a pool but they filled it in ...they didnt want to put money into fixing it...also..my mom used to clean these apartments 20 years ago...and she said there is the same carpet now as when she used to work here and it was old even back then..i have never personally seen any roaches in my acutal apartment but i did see one in the hall way that went under my neighbors door...this place is such a dump i cant even begin to tell you...also its very noisy..you can here everything from your neighbors apartment...peoples cars get stolen and broken into on a regular basis..i didnt exactly feel safe here...also my air conditoner in my apartment had to be at least 25-30 years old and it was so inefficient..the manager told me to expect a 60.00 electric bill in the summer if you run the a/c constantly...well i did run it constantly and we are talking 100-110.00 bill all summer long..just for a one bedroom apartment..

Couldn't agree more with this post. This place is a dump and has gone down hill. The plumbing is terrible and old and never gets fixed only patched. The carpeting is still the same as probably 20 years ago and the apartments smell. There are cats everywhere during the summer too. As for the crime here, there is always someone having their car broken into and drugs are a problem (say they are working on it). What a joke! Management is a joke too.
