I have been a resident since Fall of '05 -I am NOT renewing my lease! The apartment itself is nice, but the question is, do you really want to spend $550 (or more) to live in the projects' The noise level is ridiculous -- these are neighbors who think it's cool to park in the fire lanes in front of their apartments with music bumping day and night. My suggestion if you are considering renting here take what management says with a huge grain of salt and drive through the complex at night and on the weekend -- you may change your mind --

I will have to agree with this reviewer about the weekend noise levels in certain parts of this complex, however, I prefer this complex as it is easy to get to the shopping which is just down the street if you do not have a car. Because I was unaware that this was once the projects, as I am not from Summit County, I moved in here after searching for some place to live to be closer to college. The selling point for me was the fact that I could paint my walls and have a dog, that is a big plus for me, and the fact that I can have my car parked in front of my unit which I live at.
