I moved here almost a year ago, and the main selling points were the price and convenience to highways and local shopping. I then found out that this was Section-8 housing, and it shows in the tenants. The cops have been here monthly, cars are frequently parked outside with booming stereos for hours on end, and you can hear people shouting across the parking lots at 2 in the morning. Also, the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything, including your neighbors walk up and down the stairs. The one saving grace is that the new management is very good at resolving maintenance requests quickly. My biggest complaint is easily the air conditioner policy. They only allow one air conditioning window unit to be in the townhome, which is the one they installed in the kitchen. This keeps the downstairs cold, but the bedrooms upstairs get unbearable in the heat. I have actually had to abandon my room and sleep downstairs just to get a good night's rest!

I also live here, and we are allowed to have as many air conditioners as we want as long as we buy them. The office staff told me that we were getting Central Air this summer.
