They make this place seem like heaven before they get your signature. I have been living here about 6 months and looking for a way out this is complete hell. They make this place seem like the "American Dream"..it is anything but that. Where do I start' When something is not working...you call maintenance and they come do a half job that you could have done yourself. My sink is falling apart and they have given me 1,002 excuses why it doesn't need to be replaced. If you have children do not move here they will not get any sleep....every last one of my neighbors are loud whether it be music or loud talking. One of my neighbors plays music every day of the week starting at 8am! I have made plety of complaints and nothing. I told them I am looking to move and they said I would still be held accountable for the rent! WTF! There is mold all over my basement that I had not intially seen before signing my name on the "mold" agreement papers. All of my sinks leak. The instulation is HORRIBLE! I just payed a 300 dollar gas bill trying to keep the house warm for I have a small child. Ps The staff are BIMBOOOOS. The only good thing is they keep outside clean and there is adequate parking. Great Prices but reallly not worth it!

Yea, I signed one of the mold agreements, you have to initial it when you sign your contract. it says if you have mold you have to buy a dehumidifier. The security guards can take of the noise if you are unhappy with a neighbor and can't just politely ask them to turn it down. I really can't hear my neighbors execpt when they really crank their music during the day sometimes (it is a townhome). If you sign a lease, you are held to that lease until they find someone who will rent your unit. I am not sure about the insulation, but I just paid $100 to keep my apartment at 72 during the day and 65 at night with the gas hot water tank on full melt your skin hot. and if you are polite to the maintenance guy, he will jump though hoops for you. I don't know, They really seem like a nice place to me for what rent is, and don't forget pets.
