Ok first of all this probably the best value in Akron. I will tell you that the apartments are old, they have been rehabbed, but they still have age to them (stairs creek, some patchwork on the ceiling etc.

This place is in south Akron, a very depressed part of the city. I have lived her a month, and I will say it does still feel like the ghetto even with the nice apartments. Until recently I couldn't hear my neighbors unless i went outside. but for Christmas I think they got a new stereo. oh well, I have been known to crank a few tunes from time to time. Oh and our neighbors seem to think the back yard is where the garbage goes.

They did double bill me my first month, but they fixed the error quickly, and without much hassle (they even called me before I saw it online). With the repairs needed to the apartment, they were done quickly and as well as I would expect any maintenance man to do. (fixed within 24 hours) When we moved in the hot water was off, and I couldn't get the pilot started, I called emergency maintenance, they were there in less than an hour and got my pilot on.



A lot of people here are complaining, I think they just didn't pay their rent. It appears that the company doesn't treat people well who don't. I pay my rent, and they are the sweetest kindest people, and they have really taken care of me. What can I say, you are living in south Akron, not Stow. Things aren't perfect, but, for the price, I would like someone to find a better deal.

Lastly, My friend spent the night and left in the morning a few hours before I got up and he didn't shut the door right. My door was open for 2 hours with me fully asleep. The only people who entered were the police to wake me up and tell me my door was open. nothing stolen. In fact a neighbor called it in. I think this place is on the come up. And it is a great place for you if you are making your first come-up.

this is just my opinion but i believe you might be part of the staff and you are on here to trick people like me who does not live there but is in search of a place. I believe an entity is only as good as its reputation now i am not naive to know that some bad reviews will be present when people are become disheartned, yet i would appreciate that when you guys monitor this site that you try not to fake the funk. Because you will get funked up people as residents mostly temporary because they are the ones always trying to get the hook up and they are the ones who bring down property values and geniune admiration for the complex
