this place is falling apart

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
And they don't care. My roof leaks everywhere & is caving in. I can't use the main bedroom because it is so bad. I've had this problem for SIX MONTHS & they've still done nothing. This place is a dump & the management is bad. The carpet is also in horrible shape. The laundry facilities are broke alot too.
