I am a current resident living here and I am glad to say that I will be moving out of this DUMP this October! For what I pay to live here is NOT by any means worth $519 a month! Sorry to say this but try like $300-$400 range. I will also mention that I have asked Linda to have the maint. people come over to fix the dishwasher and however the only thing that they fixed was the button cuz my mom pulled the button out.(Hehe) So after that I called her a second time to have them come over to fix it again and the maint. people left a service report (Fall of '04) claiming that they were here and fixed it and to this day (3-14-05) the hunk of junk still doesn't work! After the maint. guy was here, I told Linda that it still wasn't working and she told me that I wasn't pushing a button correctly! What do a look like, an idiot' This dishwasher was made back in the 70's! I am to this date VERY offended! Plus, I do want to add that the hallways ARE still smokey on certain days and everytime I walk out to the parking lot, I find trash laying all over the place! NICE! That really makes someone want to live here, I'll tell you!
I also want to add something else while I am add it. My lease is up in Oct. and I will be happy as hell to leave this dump! For as long as I live, I will NEVER return to this place EVER! I STRONGLY recommend people to sat away from here! This place sucks! The ONLY nice thing about this place is that it's right by the highway!

PS- The carpeting needs to be replaced (it has spots all over it and Linda claims taht it was shampooed b4 I moved in....WHATEVER! , and the ceiling right by my door is falling down and so is the storm gutter right outside my balcony! I also want to mention that this apt., was fowl as hell when I 1st moved in! I was never cleaned out! YUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am a resident here and remember talking to thisyoung man when he moved in. He was very excited that since he could not afford the 550 rent that Linda worked with him and found him an apartment she couldlower rent on. I also saw that it was cleaned and shampooed before he moved in. He never had a problem with anything here or anyone till his girlfriend started talking to him and ordering him around by the nose. (Which was sad because he had been a nice young man). It is a very nice place to live and they are improving everyday. Thank you for listening to the real story as seen for a neighbor.
