I currently reside in the Heritage apartments, formerly known as "Commodore Club".

I have approximately 4 roof leaks in my unit.

This is an ongoing problem which I have attempted to have resolved with property manager and owner for approximately 14 months.

To date, I still have had no resolve.

The condition of my unit is unsafe.

I have been forced to maintain buckets and other large containers under the leaks to prevent carpet in 3 rooms from becoming saturated with the toxic water, which I empty ever 1 to 2 days.

My unit consistently remains wet at all times.

These conditions are deplorable and unacceptable.

That's what happens when you live in an apartment complex that has a flat roof... Since the New LandLord has taken over I have seen a level of improvement in the overall maintainance. Like any play,KEEP CALLING to get something fixed,talk to you landlord IN PERSON and discuss placing your rent in "escrow" until the appropriate repairs are made!
