Denzinger Investments,owner of Delta 77,have got to be the biggest morons I've ever seen.
I found illegal,unsafe wiring in unit I rented.Landlord seemed proud to say he did it.
If you move here expect some high utility bills. The windows and doors leak like crazy. My first winter there I had ice on the inside of the windows
Laundry room. Now thats about a joke. There is always at least one machine not working,and they're old,rusty rebuilt units
Don't ask for anything to be repaired,you'll be waiting several months, unless you do it or have it done
