I have lived here since March & it's great. Yes, they're a little more expensive than other apartments in the area, but they are much nicer. My one bedroom is huge, much larger than 2 bedrooms that I looked at in the area. The maintance staff is wonderful, I didn't like the lighting fixture in the dining area and they replaced it. The office staff is always nice. Because the building is mostly older people it is always really quiet. The electric bills are ok, $35 in the winter, $75 in the summer. Overall, I love living here and would highly recommend it.
