I lived here for three years and saw several changes. The outside looks great as does the inside but the office needs help. ------- is great and very friendly but one lady in the office (-------) was nasty. She lied and seemed to favor ----- residents over the other. They got rid of her and we thought good---it will get better but then they hired a lady named ------she always seems so rude and confused.
I have heard that she makes alot of mistakes with leases and has even been rude to people coming in to see an apartment. One lady told me that she got a notice on her door that it was time to renew less then 12 hours before turning in 60 day notice. She had no idea if there would be an increase or not. Never received the certified later that is usually sent out with all that information.
