I am a current resident soon to be moving. I have experienced nothing but inconsistancy and rudeness with the ladies in that office. Especially the new lady. She is rude and nosy and often gives mis-information which leads to more problems. It is unreasonable for the management to ask for a 60day notice if you choose to break your lease. How can this be ethical when it takes them a year to fix a broken tub!!! The parking is terrible and I've been on a waiting list for a garage since I got here, however it's mighty funny that certain tenants who moved in well after I did mysteriosly got garages! Hmmmmm... sounds like a little bias! I've never been late on rent or disturbed anyone. I keep to myself. Is it unreasonable for me to be cut a liitle slack because I'm purchasing a home and moving out a month earlier that my lease specifies' This is just rediculous! I wouldn't reccommend this place to my worst enemy. You should treat people with the same dignity and respect that you want. I can't wait to leave this place! Oh, and by the way, keep my security deposit because I'm sure you'll make up a reason to anyway!
