My year and 2 month stay at Fairway Tower and Manor was interesting to say the lest. I have few complaints outside of management (Sam) who made living there an uphill battle. Sam was rude to me on several occasions, did not give Ms. Tinsly my messages, opened mail sent to Ms. Tinsly from me and allowed people to enter my apt. without my consent. She refused to do the simplest of tasks or would take a ridiculous amount of time to do them. For example I had to tell her 5 times to write down my new number for my contact info and to program my buzzer. That task took over a month! She then spoke down to me as if chastising a child when she tried to reach me at my old number and couldn't. That is only one example. There are several!
In closing I would like to add that had it not been for Ms. Sam I would have had a successful referral who is a good friend of mine and until hearing about Sam was interested in renting an apt. Had it not been for the way she treated me I would probably still be a renter.
On the other hand Ms. Tinsly was very nice and always quick to resolve any problems. As busy as I'm sure she is, she always took time to see how things are going. Maintenance was very quick to help with any thing needing fixed and worked very quickly. I never had to call about the same thing twice and they always seemed happy to help.
All in all a good experience minus that Sam lady.
