I moved here in 2001, and two years is more than I can take of this place. The level of noise is unbelievable, the windows are not soundproof so you hear everything that is happening outside. The elevators are out-of-date and extremely slow. They do not have enough parking for their tenants, so if you have visitors they can't park in the lots, because if you don't have a pass they will tow you. The surface of the parking lots are very rough with potholes. Because of the parking situation, people park wherever they feel like sometimes blocking access. Also I fell in a hole in the parking lot because the cover was not on the hole, and messed my leg up seven months ago, and they still have not fixed the problem. Numerous problems with heating, the vents do not work very well. I had the maintenance man come in and fix my bedroom vent, and two weeks later it was broke again. If you do decide to rent here, make sure you ask if you can see the exact apartment you will be getting, otherwise you could end up with 1970's era ugly brown carpeting like I have.
