Yes, it is close to campus but it would be worth the drive to live somewhere else. The floors, ceilings, and walls are thin so neighbors can always be heard. Outside noise is even worse. It is impossible to get any maintenance work done or get help and respect from the office staff is you are a student. The management is both difficult to deal with and very suspicious/aware of all resident actions. They will try to find ways to evict tenants. It was unclean upon move-in, grease in the kitchen and sand in the carpet. They even painted over the dirt. Parking is also terrible unless someone pays for a garage space and the parking lot is still difficult to manuever with cars parked in the fire lane. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
