maintence nightmare

Moved in in Oct., ceiling started to leak 1st trip to the managment office. Two weeks later a big hole developes from the water damage still no sign of maintence 2nd trip to the office. Week goes by still no sign of maintence go down for a 3rd time. Maintence comes up finally makes a bigger hole says problem is fixed and screws a big peice of drywall to cover the hole. Was told the painters were going to come in a few days to fix the hole. 4 weeks ago (June) the hole just got fixed but that was after my apartment flooded because the leak wasnt actually fixed the first time. To sum everything up maintence is very very slow, a lot of noise at night on weekdays and weekends, elevators smell horrible almost everyday, nothing looks to be updated since the mid 90's, and the windows and sliding door to the balcany are not sealed good as they let a lot of cold air in in the winter making for high gas/electric bills. The only good thing I can say about Fir Hill is parking, I pay the extra money a month for the garage space and after hearing the horror stories of my neighbors about parking I am glad I pay the extra $40 a month for the garage. Def. not renewing my lease!!
