I have been living at Fir Hill Towers for several years and have enjoyed every minute of my stay.
Yes, I will agree that there are some issues with parking, but you could find that anywhere.
If you want to be guaranteed a personal spot, pay the extra and park in the garage, it is worth it.
I like the security provided by the secured entries recently updated I might add.
Maintenance has had issues in the past but in the last couple of years those issues have been cleared up maybe due to changes in staff.
The office personnel is always very kind and helpful and if you have a problem always willing to try to help you in any way they can.
It is within walking distance of the University of Akron.
During the last two years, I have seen a lot of improvement on this property and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to live.
