Haven't been here for very long and I'm not sure that I like it. First off you have to walk quite a ways to get to the dumpster or your mailbox. Second, the parking slots are quite narrow and people are constantly trying to cram their huge suv's or trucks into them and barely fit. Another thing is that I've had problems with my noisy neighbors; if it isn't the stereo, it's them thumping around, yelling, or even earlier I heard some girl screaming "oh...oh...oh...f*ck me!" This can be a problem for someone who has to get up very early for work.
