My husband and I moved to Hampton Knoll about one year ago, and for the most part are pretty happy here. The smell from the sewage treatment plant can be bad at times (and of course was not mentioned during our initial tour of the property), and the walls are pretty thin, if you know what I mean. The pet deposit and monthly fee are a bit much, as well. The size and layout of the apartment are quite nice, though. Though I may not agree with the wording of medstudent2001's response to it, I must admit that the review from 4/7/2007 seems a bit wordy and more detailed than any other review I've ever read about ANY apartment complex, which makes it seem a bit suspicious. It seems like an advertisement for Hampton Knoll, not a review.
