We live here two years. I did not have any problems, some small maintanence issues were handled very quickly. One night (around 10:30 pm) in winter our heating was gone, we called the emergency because our baby was 4 months old then, the maintanence came in 15 minutes and solved the problem very quickly. The staff were always warm and welcoming, no problems with them at all. We lived on the second floor of the largest 2 bd units - a corner unit (two story ones) and we did not have problems with our neighbors. Nice people around 25-45 years old. To have the washer and drier in the unit was priceless. Our only problem was the closet space. They don't have walk in closets and the space is very limited. But the layout was excellent, it has a foyer with a closet which I liked the most, I don't like the apartments with entrances directly going into the living room, so Hunt Club had very nice layout in that sense, it had ok size bedrooms and large living room with wood burning fire place. Balcony was very large I enjoyed it a lot in the summer time and there was a room size storage in the balcony which was also very handy. And the location is another plus, close to everything in fairlawn, Borders, B&N, grocery stores (Acme, Giant Eagle, Mustard Seed) and all the restaurants, movie theathers. I loved my years here, I recommend to everyone, but choose large 2 bd units, I heard people having problems with smaller units (due to noisy neighbors etc).
