Ive lived here about 3 year and love it. maintnence does eveything from unclog my disposal to fishing my earing out of the bathroom sink. they always get to my place the day I call or the next day to fix a problem. They open the pool eary and close it late if the weather permits which is nice. you can also bring food and drinks to the pool (including alcoholic) so it was a great place to relax summer weekends. the only problem is the hot tub breaks a lot and the paint rubs off onto you. i dont know why they dont fix it. Its also a very safe neghborhood. We are on the ground floor looking out to the parking lot and have never had or heard of any safty issues affecting the complex. The leasing office does a good job of keeping us informed about things and even puts out a monthly news letter with crossword and cute stuff. overall I hope when I move to MD this summer I can find a place that lives up to the standards they have set for me here.
