We have lived in Newport Landing since April 2008 and LOVE IT! The area is beautiful, expecially the apartment complex itself. If you are going to move here, we recommend getting a 3rd floor apartment on a corner (if possible), this will reduce any noise or water running that you might here from you neighbors. We never heard a thing! Some of the apartment buildings also face pretty scenery like trees and ponds. Each apartment has a beautiful balcony and they are all VERY CLEAN. Stephanie, the property manager, is amazing and will work with any tenant to get them what they need. The maintenance people respond to emergencies ASAP, and non-emergencies are usually handled with in a day or two. We have wonderful neighbors in our apartment buildings and never heard anyone - you barely felt like you were sharing a buliding with anyone.
The apartments are well kept and the landscaping is beautiful.
We have never had a problem with noise inside our outside our building, and all of the tenants are very friendly and approachable.
I highly recommend living here, you will love it! If you have any reservations, call the Property Manager and ask her for references, many of us have given her our names and numbers for recommendations to the apartments here.
