Park Hill is notorious for trumping up allegations in order to keep security deposits. When deposits top $800, this is inexcusable. I would never recommend it to anyone who didn't expect to lose their entire deposit for no valid reason.

I couldn't agree with you more! We lost our entire deposit due to invisible wear & tear. Isn't it funny how THEY seemed to be the ONLY ones who could see it???!!! I've been reading others' reviews and this issue seems to be a recurring theme at Park Hill. As a former resident, I urge anyone looking to rent to stay as far away from Park Hill and Fairlawn as possible! Turn back now!!!
