At my old place we had a break-in, our neighborhood was very unsafe, and we were forced to move out immediately. We did it in two days. We came to Melissa and looked at an apartment on the first floor of Park Hill. Her and Pam were super nice and were willing to work with us a.s.a.p. with our circumstances and moving in quickly. We signed the papers the next day and then moved in the day after that. It was the easiest move in experience ever. Both Pam and Melissa were curteous and very helpful, and you could tell that they sympathized with us. They worked to make our move-in as easy and stress-free as possible. They also worked with us in getting a short six month lease, which is exactly what we needed.
The apartments at Park Hill are very spacious, clean, and nice. We crammed five girls into a three bedroom apartment and had plenty of room. The grounds are also kept very nice. The lawn is always mowed in a timely fashion, and there are lots of pretty trees and flowers everywhere. The pool is always clean and kept up with. When I need to talk to the management, they are always very easy to get a hold of, and I can always stroll over to the office and someone will be there.
As far as the maintenance people go, I have never had one come in unannounced all the time like some people have mentioned. They came once to change our air filter, but we were told they were going to do that at the end of winter anyways. I also had a problem with my window not wanting to stay up, so I filled out a form off of their website, and they came the very next day to fix it. They are all just very easy to get a hold of and work with.
Overall, my stay here has been so much more than I would have hoped for. I love everything about the apartment, the employees, and its location. It's just 5 minutes from just about everything in the Fairlawn area and less than a mile from 77. We are all moving closer to our jobs, so we are forced to leave the Park Hill apartments. It saddens me, because I have never had a better experience finding an apartment or living in one. Thank you Pam and Melissa for helping us with everyone, being extremely nice about everything, and making our stay overall more enjoyable.
