After reading some reviews on Park Hill I'm completely shocked that there are people that are unsatisfied with such a wonderful place! I've only lived at Park Hill for 6 months, but I've never been happier and wish I would have found this place years ago. The apartments here are well structured and well maintained. If there was ever a problem (even in the middle of the night, which I did encounter) the staff was committed to their residents 110%. If you ever run into a maintenance problem it is taken care of or addressed within 24 hours of your request. The grounds around the apartments are well kept, and you even have the option to have flowers planted in front of you apartment, courtesy of Park Hill. The management of Park Hill is extraordinary. The women who work in the office (Melissa, Pam, & Elizabeth) are one of the many aspects of Park Hill that make living here a pleasure. They all make it a point to have Park Hill a home that you love. Some reviews felt that they were discriminated against because of their age. Yet, I am a renter on the younger population of Park Hill and I've always felt welcomed and never looked down upon because I am in my early 20s. As long as you respect the rules and your neighbors, you'll be treated the same in return regardless of your age. So, if you're looking for an apartment complex that is well kept, has a wonderful and caring staff, and respectful neighbors I would highly recommend looking into Park Hill at Fairlawn.
