The property manager here, her name is Pam, is a piece of work. She is rude and has a hygiene problem. She invades personal space as if she is your mother, and then has the nerve to insult you, whether it for the way you keep your apartment or take care of your pet. She has even pitted neighbors againts each other, by saying one is complaining about the other and vice versa. We have recently found out that Pam has been creating drama between residents in our building. She has chased down (literally with her convertible) one resident, claiming that she was not cleaning up after her pet. Pam is terrible, and most importantly, untrustworthy. If you look at the dates of the positive feedback, they appear to be posted on the same or close dates. I believe Pam has been doing this, so I would take this into consideration, especially with all the EXTREMELY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK POSTED ON PREVIOUS DATES. I wouldn't recommend living in this place if they paid me to.
Pam is terrible, and if you don't believe me, check with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU.

I am one of the people who has recently posted a rave review. I don't look like Pam (for which she is quite thankful), I don't sound like Pam (for which she is quite thankful, and I am not even the same gender as Pam (for which my wife is MOST thankful.)But let me ask you a question. Would you rather the person with the dog continue to allow the pet to soil the property and create unsightly and unsanitary conditions that put the health of other residents in peril? It seems to me that you, as well as the other residents who complain about management are rude, inconsiderate, irresponsible, and immature. I could think of more things to say but one never gets anywhere trying to hit a drunk j--k.

So everyone also knows, Ohio has strict laws about your deposit. Don't let anyone push you around it. In Ohio you are due your deposit back in full or a list as to why you are not getting it back within 30 days or you can take them to same claims court for double the amount of your deposit. They are not allowed to take your deposit for normal wear and tear or you can take them to small claims for double. And they have to tell you exactly where each dollar goes, they can not just list "cleaning-$500", you have the right to know exactly what was cleaned for that amount.
