I lived here for a very long time and found Park Hill to be a wonderful place to live. The apartment I rented here had vaulted ceilings and a fireplace; it was gorgeous, warm, comforting place to come home to every night. The staff here is exceptional. Pam Dunbar leads a team that is both committed and "tuned-in" to the community. There were lots of events held here every year that focused on bringing the community together; I found this to be above and beyond the call of duty and well beyond, the scope of most apartment living I have seen thus far. The staff is superb in their attitude and willingess to help. I have never had a problem here at Park Hill that was not taken care of to my great satisfaction. The staff is superb in their attitude and willingness to help. Finally, in addition to the staff, the tenants here are friendly and I saw many incidences over the years of tenants looking out for each other. Living at Park Hill was a great experience and I would highly recommend it anyone. You are probably wondering why I moved if it was such a wonderful place to be; I moved only because I moved out of state; otherwise, I would still be living here.

My wife and I wholeheartedly agree. We have lived in apartments for the past 12 years and in various areas of the USA. This is the first time we can say that we feel as if we are living in a home. And we write this despite the fact that Ms. Dunbar thinks one of us is kind, sweet, smart,wonderful while the other half is one step shy of being....well, shall we say..demented.
And if anyone asks, the maintenance staff shows up on Sundays if necessary to shovel and salt sidewalks. We were shocked to see clean sidewalks on Sunday after a heavy snowfall when we decided to go for a drive. Many, many thanks.
