I stayed there for over a year. Generally good response to issues related to maintenance. Occasional excitement / noise issues. There was a dumpster fire while I was there.

Biggest complaint is my issue over the lease agreement. They have a significant ethics problem. I was cheated out of utilities owed. The right thing would be to re-imburse, but they refused. My recommendation is to look elsewhere. You will be intimidated at the lengthy lease agreement-it was definitely written by sharp lawyers and in favor of the management.
