I lived at Park Hill for 4 years. When I was looking at other websites for a new apartment, I saw the Park Hill reviews and was afraid about my security deposit. (I had a dog.) I moved out in December 2008, and I got my security deposit back 100%. There was even a note that said Thank you for taking care of your apartment. I was never friendly with the office staff, but I did not have any problems when I lived there. I wish I could have stayed, but got a job transfer.

We lived at the Parkhill for a short time but it was a pleasant apartment living experience with excellent setting and friendly staff.
