I agree with the last comment about the management style.

I did not experience the old management, but have had plenty with the new.

My main problem is that NONE of my phone calls to the office have been returned.

The office staff is VERY friendly, but not good at following up on questions/problems.

However, my calls for repairs have always been answered/returned in a timely manner.
