I will not live here another year and can't wait to get out. The management is very poor. I think someone wrote that they make up fees. I know of two cases that they had cashed my check before the due date and I was still charged a late fee' I asked them about that and they refused to listen. I sent in copies of the two checks with the date they cashed them (both before the first of the month). They didn't return my call. They couldn't have cared less. I have only been late one time, and I owned up to it and paid the fee. Everyone I talk to at the pool always complains about having unneccessary late fees. Everyone! They refused to properly fix their driveway going up the hill and recently had the largest pothole I have ever seen. A small car could fit in it. You have to be very careful driving up that hill. Most of my neighbors smoke pot (and one of them deals drugs constantly). This actually makes the place smell better as the hallways smell like cat piss. I would say that the cops are at the building at least 3 times a month for one reason or another. Parking is no longer a problem at all, as it seems everyone is fed up with the place and moving out. 4 neighbors have left in the last 2 months. 1 tenant moved in and then moved out 2 weeks later. One person was served eviction papers over a $40 fee and another over a $90 fee. Me and my neighbor are both leaving next month as well. The place is going down hill fast. If the management would do anything proactive, the place has the potential to be slightly below average. As it stands now, the place is nearly equivalent to living in the projects. I would like to give a shot out to Pam. She is the only reason I stayed the duration of the lease. She was always very helpful. The maintenance dude is nice as well. To summarize this place, its like living in a ghetto, with decent parking, surrounded by trees but with the lovely smell of the local sewage plant, run by rude people.
