When we came to look at the apartments the Management lied about so many things. She said they were going to give us passes to Valley Fitness and that people always get there security deposits back. we lived at Pheasant Run for two years and I have definaltly had better experiences with other apartment communities and management! Our apartment had bugs all year long, there was black mold behind our tv that we didn't know was there till we moved. Everytime you call Pam about a problem she doesn't call back you have to keep calling her. The only thing good about this place is the maintenance. We are very clean people and we were charged almost $170 to clean our apartment and throw out 3 broken down boxes and flower pots that I accidently left on the balcony!!! Management lied and said other stuff was in there, that wasn't and then tried to argue with me. This place is a joke and it's way over priced!
