I've lived at Pheasant Run for almost 4 months now and really haven't had any serious problems. My biggest issue has to do with the age of the place. Per management the place is close to 30 years old and it shows. The plumbing needs to be updated, water pressure alternates from too strong to too weak. There are a few kids in my building and it can get noisy on occassion but nothing too serious. Also there is one washer and dryer per building (12 units per building). If you're looking for all the modern amenities, don't rent here. Otherwise, its decent but nothing special. I moved here from Dayton and I have a huge two bedroom for under $700. I have to move to Cleveland for work in a few months and know I won't find something comparable for the same price.
