Quite happy with the apartment

I don't understand why the people are complaining about service here.

Though I've never actually called the office, I email them when I have issues and the problem is taken care of either that day or the next.

My apartment was refit in 2005 because of a fire, so all of my kitchen appliances and cabinetry are new; I haven't seen many of the other units so I can't comment on the age complaints.

I am very satisfied with Pheasant Run.
