One more year at Pheasant Run

I don't understand the negative reviews.

I have been here for one year now and have never had a single incident that wasn't resolved immediately.

If you have to deal with the "New Management" (Castle Mgmt.)rather than the on-site staff, it's probably because you didn't adhere to the terms of the lease.

Lucky for me that I will never be in that position.

My apartment is huge, clean, and has a great view.

It's not spectacularily modern but well worth the price I'm willing to pay.

The two times I have had an issue, Pam had them resolved the very next day.

Pheasant Run is a great place to live...

apparently only if you pay your bills on time and aren't a menace to your neighbors.

Keep up the good work.

Pam rocks!

UPDATE!!!

I have had the exact same problem with Castle Mgmt.

They waited 10 months to inform me of a yearly rent increase of 10 dollars.

Each month was paid on time and automatically from my bank account for the original amount agreed upon.

10 months later, they inform me that I owe them 400 dollars (300 being late fees).

Obviously, I did everything I could to work it out with Castle, but in the end, it seemed obvious that they would not back away from their arrogance.

I promptly moved after a couple threatening eviction letters.

If only they had provided one of those letters stating the $10\month increase within the 10 month period, none of this would have occurred.

Funny thing is that after my first year or so, I saw this site and provided a great review and suggested that the negative comments were from tenants that didn't pay their rent.

Wow, was I wrong.

I wonder if I can change my rescind that previous statement'

Pam (local office) was awesome, and I had no complaints about the apartment.

It was a little difficult to get a hold of the local office at times, but any issues were usually resolved quickly.

Pam did all she could to try and help me fix the problems with the main office.

I'm still waiting for the court date to dispute the $2,000 that they are trying to charge me now.

I'm very much looking forward to it.

I never thought of using the BBB...

I'll be happy to take the time to ensure that they stay "F" rated.
