We have been here for nearly a year and almost everyone in our building has vacated and terminated their lease.
While the manager is very nice she has another job and is very busy.
We have needed her many times and she seems to never be in the office or know what is going on.
It feels she is perpetually out to lunch.
The apartments are huge but slightly over priced and are about to become unreasonably overpriced.
They are starting to welcome very unsavory characters.
The management company, Castle Apartments, seem to be absolutely terrible, especially about all the made up fees.
There are much better apartments out there for a better price.
The apartments are thirty years old atleast.
There's nothing that makes them special.
There's one washer/dryer per building and these do not work properly.
The bottom floor STINKS of pot and they have frequent parties that take up all of the parking spaces.
We can't wait to move.
