I was completely appalled at the reviews prior to me,granted everone is entitled to his/her own opinion so here is mine.

I have lived in the Roo Commons going on 3 years now and absolutely LOVE it!It is very affordable and the location is ideal(5-10 walk to campus).

The landlords are very caring and whenever I have a problem they make sure it is resolved very fast and in a professional manner.

The parking lot is also kept clear of cars that do not belong there,because living by campus non-residents sometimes try and take our parking spots but management stays on top of the situation at all times.I would recommend this apartment complex to any student at the university and will be here until I graduate!!

Hello HiBon, How long have you worked for Bowery management? This review is a tad over the top, so just tone it down a little bit next time to make it more believeable. Btw, I lived in Roo Commons during the summer of 2001 when I was doing an externship at Goodyear. I see that the place has not improved since I lived there.
